Farmers' Markets

Farmers' MarketsFarmers' markets are a great way of buying direct from local producers - you can chat to them about how their food is produced, which means you can avoid GM food and talk about any other concerns you might have.  You'll find a great choice of meat, vegetables, fish, pies, cakes, soups, cheeses, apple juice, wines, beer and fruit - and more!

Buying from a farmers' market also means buying fruit and vegetables in season - which is much healthier, and cheaper as vital vitamins and minerals are lost when food travels huge distances.
